Getting Back to Bussiness easy!
We all are not perfect! So when those days of no exercise come to notice, and you can't help but WANT to feel better, choose to get back into the routine of a healthy lifestyle properly! You need both a physical and spiritual plan and approach to do this. Get a devotional that fits your needs, set aside time in the MORNING to read your Bible- consult a mentor or pastor for advise on the direction of Bible literature and themes to read from! Then get the worship music out and start to draw near, and attend your local church with openness and get in a local bible study or house church! Next- know your body's needs- are your muscles cramp, can you clean house without huff and puffing? So use your personal navigation to chose a workout style that meets your needs. I say 'workout style' instead of routine for a reason- YOU MUST LISTEN TO YOUR BODY AND NOT A WRITTEN SCHEDULE! There will be another post on 'knowing your body' later! But to get started I do recommend yoga, Pilate's, and Tia chi- reason is that they focus on not only stretching and strengthening but most of all- ATOMICALLY CORRECTION AND PERSCION! I highly recommend all to build on the Pilate's and yoga mats and Tia chi styles to stay feeling refreshed and stronger in the long run. Start with these when you go more than 4 day without a solid hour of working out!

Welcome to a new Perspective of Fitness!
Godersize is a mentality that is anchored on your faith in Christ to level your performance as a fit invisual of God's everlasting Kingdom! You do not work and work in a worldly manner any more for the results you know you should show- you only ask of God to show you what needs to be done and how! So instead of scheduling a routine, you would set a side some time to pray and get fit with the resources and knowledge available to you at home or in the community- You ask God what your body needs that day and at that time, He will lead you to a prophetic approach to working out- Only He is in charge of your inner workings! Please understand if you do not know God's voice - then listen to your body and be wise in the knowledge you know! Aside of the awesome voice of God use the knowledge of Anatomy and physiology to move in a healthy way- use the truths of 3-4 days no longer than an hour or so, and with days of rest! This blog will encourage you to be enlightened in your fitness agenda and mentalities to come! Enjoy!
